All Saints’ Primary School Saturday Football Club – Saturday 15th September 2012

The Football Club will be meeting on Saturday 15th September on the heath (at the usual place between the School and the Church).

We will start the training session promptly at 10am, so please try to arrive 10-15 minutes before so that we can begin on time.

Reception, Years 1 and 2

Last week there were relatively small numbers from Reception, Years 1 and 2 (due in part, I’m sure, to the announcement not reaching the Flyer).  We need more players in each of these Years, so please come along and give the Football Club a try.

Year 6

As a number of Year 6 players are involved in senior school entrance tests, the Year 6 coaches have therefore made separate arrangements regarding training this week.  Training for Year 6 will be from 17.00-18.30.

Players

Please make sure you bring along a cold drink, preferably water.

And, do make sure that you wear shin-pads for protection.

Shirts (and shorts and socks)

Please let your Year coach know on Saturday if you need an All Saints shirt or need to swap the shirt you have for a larger one.

Boots

The club does not provide boots.  However, we have a collection of boots that children have grown out of which others can then use.  If anyone has any old boots that they are happy to donate please bring them along on Saturday.

Parents and carers

Last Saturday coaches should have handed Consent Forms to all parents and carers who attended.  We need a form for each player.  Could parents and carers please ensure that forms are completed and handed in this Saturday.  To make this easier, a copy of the form is attached.
